Good rooms and have previously had a good experience at this hotel, however the heating wasn't working in my room, which made it a bit cold. I had to ask for an extra blanket in the night. Nice food for evening meal and breakfast
Great catch up lunch, excellent pasta with salmon and creamy sauce! Oh. Choccy pud good too!
Great hotel in the centre of Wells . Staff very friendly and attentive, comfortable surroundings and rooms. Food excellent, nothing is too much trouble .. highly recommend and will be back.. close to cathedral and all amenities
We had a fabulous time staying in Wells for the new year.Best western swan hotel was superb, our room was very nice, clean and comfortable.We are in the bar area and the food was good. In the evening the bar and lounge are an excellent place to relax and have a few drinks, very comfortable chairs and the log fire made it extremely cosy on a December night The staff are all lovely, friendly and cannot do enough for you.Now the cat is an extra touch to make you feel at home she is beautiful.The breakfast is fabulous too.Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to visit again.Well done to all the hard working staff over the new year weekend.
