Exceptional.A repeat visit to one of our favorite hotels. The facilities, grounds and hospitality are excellent. It is quite traditonal and a little old fashioned which wouldn't be to everyones tastes but the staff are attentive, helpful and friendly, the hotel very well maintained and comfortable and the food is lovely. After extentive travel and visits to hotels across the UK, this is consistently one of the best we have found.

Like home away from home. The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and everyone made the time to stop and speak to you. The suite we had was super and so comfortable and the TV with Netflix was a nice touch. Great food and drinks. If youre thinking of booking, dont hesitate any longer!
Amazing setting, lovely lodge room and food to die for. Lake Country House Hotel is the full package. We stayed half board and the food was excellent, with subtle flavours put together with lots of thought. Would highly recommend it.
