I had a very disappointing experience with one of the leading estate agents while trying to sell my cottage, but then I was contacted by Lloyd Williams of Roderick Thomas and he was so charming I was happy to let him try selling it. It was a totally different and pleasing experience with RT, they handled all the viewings without me being there, I got instant feedback and when finally a buyer made an offer I got good advice. I think the greatest thing however was that I trusted them, knew they were enthusiastic about my cottage and they were straight forward in their dealings with me. An excellent company with delightful staff.
