Firstly I would to thank the manager of this branch Jordan Pollard for her exceptional work in helping me achieve an extra 20,000!!! More than the 2 local agents initially advised as a fair price....her professionalism and here to help to attitude gave me full confidence in her and her staff. Also thank you to the lovely Ellie who followed our sale through to completion!! Would highly recommend! A lovely enthusiastic bunch.
Had a fantastic experience with this office, unfortunately I did not have the pleasure of using them to buy but I would definitely recommend registering with them as they kept me up to date with all the properties that they had. Very nice people to deal with.
Myself and Suzanne registered with Allen & Harris a little while ago and although we did not end up buying through them they kept us updated much better and more regularly than the other Wells agents we also registered with, putting the personal touch back in to buying a home, the staff in the Wells shop were excellent.
