Excellent adventure with family and friends. The gorge is spectacular with beautiful views over the Somerset levels. There is a 1.5 to 2 hr circular walk. It's quite steep climbing the gorge recommended for 5+ - we managed to get my 81 year old mom up it with some help but she is very physically active.
A beautiful spot for exploring the somerset countryside. Different levels of walking but sturdy footwear recommended. Routes are signed and approx no more than an hour. If you manage the scramble up the gorge you should get some lovely views, fog permitting!
Great walks for those who don't mind steep climbs and rocky paths. The gorge has a lovely unspoilt atmosphere and there are great views of the surrounding countryside from the top. Good parking lot with plenty of space. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area, and much quieter than nearby Cheddar Gorge.
Not so easy to find, but worth a visit! We took the shorter, easier route to walk around. Lovely area, beautiful view!
Beautiful views, challenging walks and good parking. Very old established woodland with lots of up and down, not suitable for wheel chairs, push chairs or anyone who's not a fan of heights, steep paths or rougher terrain. Fairly quiet and a good views over Somerset. We'll worth a visit
