The staff were really odd and unprofessional, they staff couldn't even tell the difference between the lens of an eye and the optic nerve, the receptionist was given a phone message and got it wrong, the only saving grace was I didn't need treatment

Great staff whenever I have been in. Always welcoming and comforting. They always try and deal with patients as soon as possible and create the least hassle. Always acting professional. They have a good sized parking area so there should be no need to park on the road.
I had the misfortune to break both my arms during a road-trip in my 12 tonne Expedition Truck. I had to stay in their car park for 3 days till I could get rescued and driven back 200 miles up North. The staff were brilliant! They looked after me way beyond their duty, very friendly and proficient. I thank them for all their kindness, a bunch of treasures.
