Terrible company to deal with. Goods advertised in stock when clearly they are not. Never answer the phone. Don't reply to emails Stay clear. A really poor example of internet trading.
I have been using Mendip Weather for a number of years now. They are a small family run business with great advice. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a weather station. Doesnt have to be on the UK can be anywhere in the world. Once again great with Mendip Weather.
Absolutely no customer service. I ordered a Davis Weather Station online with express delivery (1-2 day delivery). My credit card account was debited but I have not received the order which shows up on their system as processing. No reply from the telephone and no response from customer service chat/email system. I have now taken up with my credit card company for refund. AVOID!

I had an old weather station that I wanted to replay. I went to Mendip Weather as they provided a great selection of stations. After I found the weather station I wanted I made contact. All I can say is great and very friendly customer service. I will be ordering from them again
