I have been very pleased with the outcome for both my children's dental needs. In all aspects of care, from receptionist to the technicians to the orthodontist, the level of treatment has been professional, caring, and friendly. I always felt that the practice took the time to care for my children's orthodontic needs and answered all of my questions. I have always felt that my children were in very good hands and I would highly recommend WOW.
My daughter was anxious about coming in for treatment but Richard Gregory was absolutely wonderful with her, very kind and able to put her mind at rest. She was very happy when she came out and now looks forward to her appointments. All the staff are very kind and welcoming.

I would really recommend this practice and particularly Dr Ben Cross who was really friendly and explained my treatment options in a really clear and fair way.
