Avalon Motors were good to deal with. I was travelling from a distance and interested in a Golf GTE. Agreed the price and part exchange over the phone and able to change vehicles on the day. On inspection there was a missing charging cable which the guys at Avalon sorted by agreeing to source one and post it on, which they did. So overall I would definitely recommend them.

Was very keen on buying a vehicle from them but discovered just by the first telephone conversation that whichever salesman I was talking to was totally disinterested and couldnt get off the phone quick enough. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt so after a week tried rang them a second time round enquiring about the same car and I got the same level of poor service. Asked a few questions and I could sense he was losing his rag. He said hed have to get back to me with answers and would ring me back. Waited a week and still no contact. They still have the car that I want but I would be very reluctant to purchase one from themI am self employed and run a business myself and value excellent customer service, but I couldnt part with 18k of my hard earned money to a company who doesnt appreciate my custom.
I pre arranged a test drive and when I arrived, the car was still in service state and not available to view so was offered to test drive another car, same model but not the car that I had arranged. When I asked why this had happened, the salesman blamed the service team. The salesman arranged to call me once the car was finished with service so that I could eventually test drive the car I wanted but I received no phone call. I found the salesman arrogant and with a couldnt be bothered attitude.
