Took my girlfriend's road bike to Sully's to have the gears looked at as they were playing up. The bike had been serviced twice at other shops and the problem hadn't been solved. I had never been to Sully's before but was met with a warm welcome. The problem was fixed on the same day and was notified with a friendly text message that the bike was ready. I was given a thorough explanation of what the problem was and had good advice given to me. The cost of the work was very reasonable and much cheaper than anywhere else. The gearing is now silky smooth and the bike is a joy to ride. I will be using Sully's a lot more in the future. Thank you!
The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere. Great job done at a great price doing a variety of work on my bike. Recommend to me, and now I recommend to you. I'll be using them again. It's also great to support a local independent shop.
