I broke my rear mech on a long ride. Called in and James very professionally repaired it. I was in and out in less than an hour. The other staff were equally friendly. I thoroughly recommend City Bikes.
Just went in to see if they are in the cycle to work scheme... Said they were, but made me feel like second class citizen with his abrupt reply Obviously man behind counter doesn't like scheme.... so why offer it
What a great shop! I needed some emergency repair work on my bike during a cycling tour and the staff at Bike City couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. They got onto it straight away, despite the shop obviously being busy, explained in detail what needed doing and we were on our way again within an hour or so. Thank you!
Hugely knowledgeable team who will go the extra mile to ensure that a bike is fixed. When they couldn't get some chainring spacers for a retro mtb chainset, they made some! They are busy which means they probably aren't able to do every repair at 2 minutes notice, but the best things come to those that wait!They have a wide selection of parts, clothing and bikes and if they don't have what you want they can normally order it. This is a proper bike shop! Use it or lose it!
