They were all very welcoming, kind and professional. John the vet was very thorough and explained everything clearly, they did all the tests and scans on Archie to diagnose the problem and explained all options. Thankfully surgery wasn't required at this stage and he is now making a good recovery. A fully itemised bill was provided and approx costs were given up front so no surprises.Huge thank you from Archie and myself. I would happily recommend Rosemary Lodge Vets based on my experience.
Rosemary Lodge took excellent care of my dog when I had to rush her in one Saturday. Vet was really thorough and attentive. Fantastic facilities, very busy at reception but lovely receptionists. Admin staff dealt with my claim very quickly and efficiently.
We have two cats which Rosemary Lodge have been seeing for year since they were kittens. The service is always friendly & approachable & always answer any questions you need to know over the phone. Being a new cat owner & knowing nothing on what was needed was a bit daunting to be honest but RL staff are an amazing reassurance & so invaluable to being able to get the best for your pet. We are now on their pet plan scheme which is well worth the money & I love the fact they inform when treatments are due The nurses & vets let the cats wander & explore the treatment room which we think helps them feel a bit happier about having been in the car in the carriers! They are always chilled about being there
Lovely people, great service! Our little pomeranian, Elton couldn't have been happier with the cuddles he received from all of the staff at his first appointment. Lots of treats and a very healthy, happy puppy!
Our beautiful deerhound Briar has been treated over the years with a professional and caring approach, an approach which especially recently was extended to our whole family when we lost our precious girl. Alex was very professional and supportive throughout her care and when we finally made the decision to let her go, things were dealt with exactly when and as we wished which really helped reduce some of our anxiety.
