Poor choice of animal food. What they advertise on their website is mostly out of stock. High mark up on animal food and bedding compared with similar stores. Don't stock proper farm disinfectant . Some of the staff have no idea what they have or haven't got. Used to be SO much better. What has gone wrong?

Love Tinknells. Friendly staff and prices for animal feed that is cheaper than certain big-name pet shops. Also, got some great fireworks there this year.
