Terrible experience. Funiture tuned up some torn and dirty with handles smashed from old chest of sentimental value. Rainy January day and men did not bother until asked to put protective covering on newly professionally cleaned carpets. Misquoted on cost & owner very rude & arrogant. Have moved several times & never such a bad & upsetting ordeal as this.
