Although ideally suited in the centre of the city, it is a modern building which is not large enough. There are not many internet machines, few national daily papers to read and it gets a bit cramped inside. The staff are helpful, there is a photocopier and an upstairs area and a separate children's book area.
large fines, balance on receipt zero on 29/10/16 but 16 days later with only 2 books out one had a fine of 5.60 and the other a fine of 2.10 and the total to pay on current charges on website was 1.80 more than these added together although I only had to pay 7.70 in the library. suggest book renewal system not registering and that if you take books out or renew online you keep printed records.
I shouldn't have to be updating library opening hours on Google. Opening hours changed in early June so annoyed that no one updated Google maps until August.
