Had such a terrible service from this company. They didn't manage to do anyth6tight from not doing a deep clean or a mediocre clean in 5 hours to absolutely no contact once I called them up on it. Also had to demand our spare key back. Terrible service at a terrible price with terrible customer service. Avoided at all costs.
Unreliable! The woman in the office, was very polite but didn't seem to know what was going on most of the time, I was sent incorrect bills and as my original cleaner was leaving (who only did one clean) I was promised a new cleaner for January 15th late afternoon but nobody turned up, so I phoned the office to find out what was going on, but once again the woman in the office was clueless as to my situation, so I decided to cancel my contract with SWG Cleaning. Very unreliable.
NOT GOODTHEY GET THE BILLS WRONG, VERY UNHELPFUL IN THE OFFICE, THEN WHEN THE REGULAR CLEANER DECIDES TO LEAVE, THE COMPANY NEVER TOLD US AND THEN ON THE DAY WE NEEDED THE CLEAN 3 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS THE SAYQUOTE" SORRY WE WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AS WE DONT HAVE SPACE FOR YOU!!!" WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
