I had been having a problem with the engine management system on my Ford Kuga which was indicating a fault. The fault had been intermittent until yesterday, when I knew that I just had to get it checked out. My wife and I have quite recently moved to Wells, and so I had not used Bowleys Garage before, but my son has taken his car there for servicing and was pleased with the results. I had been disappointed with another garage in Wells, and so I decided to call Bowleys at lunchtime today. I was extremely surprised to learn that they could fit me in this afternoon for diagnostics, and depending on what they found, they would see what they could do. I was introduced to Jason who was to carryout the diagnostics, and an hour later he had found the problem. Things got even better when the fault was thought not to be a big job to fix and he said that he could do it if I could leave the car with them for another few hours. Well, by 4.15 pm I was driving home with the car completely fixed.I cannot praise the service and attention I received, and I am very pleased that I decided to call Bowleys today.
